When a new customer signs up through your tracked link, the referral is attached to your account.

You earn when they pay
Successful subscription payments generate commission, which you can follow from pending to paid in your dashboard.
What counts as commission?
- Successful payments only. Commission is based on subscription money Proply actually receives, not account creation or free-plan use.
- Refunds reduce earnings. A refunded or charged-back payment can reduce or reverse its related commission.
- Cancellation stops future earnings. It does not reverse valid commission from an earlier payment that was not refunded.
- No self-referrals or spam. Duplicate attribution, misleading promotion, self-referral, fraud and abuse are not eligible.
Pending and payouts.
The holding period protects the programme when a customer receives a refund or a payment is reversed.
When does commission become available?
It remains pending for 14 days after the successful payment, then moves to your available balance if it has not been reversed.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are handled manually during the programme’s early stage. There is currently no minimum balance. Proply confirms payout details before recording a payment as paid.
Where can I see my progress?
Your main dashboard shows link visits, signups, paying customers, pending commission, available commission and completed payouts.
What if I have a custom agreement?
Your personal percentage and earning duration appear in your dashboard. They apply to future referrals and override the standard terms shown on this page.
